Job Description
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Update financial data to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements or reports. Manages filing of all financial documents (i.e Invoice, Receipts etc.). Assist with other accounting projects.
Skills
We are looking for Junior Accountant to provide support by managing daily accounting task. The ideal candidate will be well versed in accounting principles, able to work independently and efficient in the overall operation of the Finance Division. Excellent knowledge of Accounting software i.e. PeachTree/Quickbooks etc. Excellent organizing abilities.
