Description
Formulate the corporate financial strategy to realize the objectives of the Company.

Direct the overall administration of the support services of the Company

Approve and monitor policies, procedures, systems and controls for the effective recording, analyzing, and reporting of all financial transactions and issues

Provide timely, accurate, and proactive information to assist the Managing Director in decision-making

Advise the Managing Director on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues and make recommendations on major business decisions

Perform overall analysis of the Company’s operations; report to the Managing Director on status, progress and problems via written and verbal communications

Establish performance measurement indicators and budgets for all departments

Supervise and direct the supporting operations to ensure they serve the Company’s needs in the best and most efficient way

Monitor financial and management performance against performance goals to ensure that objectives are being made and corrective action, if necessary, are taken

Ensure that the Company is compliant with all governmental finance, accounting and tax regulations, as well as UAE Labor Law policies and procedures

Direct and approve all operations related to the formulation, recording and implementation of Company financial operations and transactions

Managerial/Supervisory Duties

Plan and assign the work of Division/Regional F&A staff

Control expenses within the Finance and Administration Division

Recruit and evaluate Division staff

Create a work environment that minimizes turnover and maximizes retention

Head Division meetings

Personal Duties

Maintain superior knowledge and awareness of administrative and operational industry status and trends

Display a high degree of professionalism and integrity as befitting a member of Management

Establish and maintain close working relationships with all departments of the Company to ensure maximum cooperation and productivity

Maintain knowledge of Company policies and procedures

Promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to Managers and fellow employees

SECONDARY DUTIES

Thi position performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned by the Managing Director.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position is responsible for the supervision of 20 (Twenty) or more employees.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

An CA finance from reputed university with a minimum of Fifteen (15) years of related experience;

Work related experience consisting of an in-depth background in Finance and Accounting

Advanced oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in Arabic and English

Extensive background in Company financial management, including accounting and tax operations

Advanced knowledge of related accounting and tax regulations, policies and procedures
