Job Description
Interpreting client briefs as directed by the Creative Director / Account Director
Able to create, develop and communicate visual brand identity systems that coherently and cohesively extend via multiple touch points.
Developing creative concepts and visually communicating these to all levels
Presenting options for design treatments, encouraging open discussion for further development
Writing copy to support your visual communication
Working collaboratively with all colleagues, from creative directors and copywriters, through to producers, project coordinators and the servicing team
Art working layouts for print, digital, presentation and 3D visualization purposes and/or directing Junior Designers or freelancers in these tasks
Amending designs according to client and internal project owners requirements as necessary
Creating final designs, working to a deadline and budget / accurately estimate time required to complete tasks
Using illustrative skills for early stage concept development
Producing collateral under instruction from the Account Director or SGD and collating materials for final output
Plan and direct photo shoots / retouch photos where appropriate
Check and approve works for press and manage the print production process
Leading (where appropriate) and contributing to wider brainstorming sessions to discuss creative projects as a whole – not exclusively graphics based Commission copywriters, illustrators and photographers
