This position interacts with software development teams as well as all levels of internal and external customers. Technical experience is a must. Working experience on Agile/Scrum framework is a plus. You will be expected to produce standard BDA outputs such as requirements, impact assessments, gap analysis and process flows with minimal support.

You will be involved in client-discussions to understand the business requirements & prepare detailed technical scope document, which could be used by development team Good command over IT methodologies, enterprise application deployment roll out is a must.

Interpret business needs Work with project stakeholders to translate their requirements into something that developers can understand as well as to translate the resulting questions that the developers have into something the stakeholders can understand. A key skill needed in this part of the process is the business analyst''s ability to distill the differing messages and needs of project stakeholders into a single, consistent vision.

Translate technical issues. Break down technical and architectural complexities so that project stakeholders can easily understand any issues that crop up.

Spell out the project details and requirements. BSAs will often work with project stakeholders to identify, model and then document their requirements and business domain details.

Test and validation. Business analysts will have to work with project stakeholders to ''validate their requirements and analysis models via techniques such as reviews, walk throughs and play acting,'' he writes. ''BSAs will often aid in writing user acceptance test (UAT) cases and will be a liaison between project stakeholders and your testing organization during UAT.''

Lead the team to identify the systems needs of assigned customer group(s) and the software packages and systems platforms to meet those needs.

Provide project planning and management support to ensure project completion on time and within budget.

Triage and respond to customer issues within applications and software services.

Manage database size; perform tuning of the application including a full review of generated logs and reports.

Manage parallel environments and ensure they are being kept up to date.

Develop documentation, training and other materials as needed by customers.

Actively participate with customer groups in the planning for longer-term systems enhancement.

Should have experience on large enterprise applications, integration and cloud based delivery platforms.

Working experience on Agile/Scrum framework is a plus.
