Responsibilities
Lead the development of the wholesale & distributor channel strategy & Trade Marketing plans for the portfolio of products. Lead the execution of the plans in the channel & coach/drive capability of the field sales team to deliver the targets.
Lead all product innovation launches & promotional planning across the channel, maximizing investments & delivering growth.
Be the voice of customers in the wholesale channel, drive insights, understand their needs, create plans that help drive sales in store.
Engage & educate the broader multi-functional team on the channel, work collaboratively to develop outstanding in store plans & digital activation with customers.
Lead the annual Trade Marketing planning process, aligning senior management to plans, setting objectives for the team & assisting the channel leader.
