• Meet Contractors, and consultants to ensure sales volume for Air Purification ad Testing and archive the Sales Target as per sale Forecast
• Achieve monthly and quarterly, half yearly and yearly sales Target.
• Understand the market environment & then broadly develop and execute Sale Plans in order to achieve the Objectives.
• Negotiating tender, quotation and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
• Collection of inquiries for all the existing products, collecting price information, closing the deal to eventually achieve assigned target.
• Collect information on ongoing projects, projects under tendering and projects under design.
• Make sure the material is delivered on time to clients and payment has been collected
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
• Ensure closure of business deals with appropriate follow-ups
• Identifies the industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
II. Customer Relationship and Collection of Payment- Weight age
• Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging own network.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
• Develop and maintain a healthy and professional business relationship with the customers in export regions.
• Identify & network with New prospective clients
• Send the SOA and collect payment from the Customer.
III. Management Information System-
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Timely submission of weekly and monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports to Management.
IV. Perform other functions as may be instructed by the management from time to time.
