The job will essentially entail to support Payroll Lead in payroll processing and post payroll activities
• Timely & accurate Payroll, Exit Reimbursement Process across the countries including Middle East & Africa regions
• Payroll accounting - Reconciliation, Provisions, review of payroll expenses& liabilities
• Payroll & Statutory compliances
• Knowledge of Audit and other regulations
• MIS & Profitable analysis
• Maintaining employee master data. Timely updation of New Joinee and Exited employee.
• Understanding of taxation & payroll compliance of Africa & Middle East
• 4-5 years of hands on experience in HR Accounting / Payroll Processing / HR Operations.
• M.Com / CA (preferred)
