Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Project Management: budget/cost controlling, sales projection, cash flow management and risk/opportunity management (including change management).
2. Responsible for reporting of project budgets, sales and forecasts. Monitor final value of the project and define mitigation measures in case of negative deviations timely
3. Project business administration: invoicing, follow up of receivables, insurances, supplier and subcontractor payment verification, general business administration, document control coordination
4. Responsible for accounting bookings related to specific
projects ensuring that related guidelines and procedures (IFRS / US GAAP & Compliance regulations) are followed.
5. Front line commercial involvement with customers, subcontractors, consultants and advisors for the project.
6. Contract- and claim management to identify varied works
and recover additional efforts and cost from customer and/or supplier/subcontractor. Resolve or mitigate disputes with clients or subcontractor. Support to Purchasing to enable back-to-back agreements with suppliers. Monitor delay claim.
7. Logistics coordination regarding transportation, custom duty, taxes, fees, licenses, warehousing, etc.
8. Coaching and development of commercial project staff.
