Call center Agent Responsibilities:
Answer questions about our service or the company to customers.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service.
Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
Enter and update customer information in the database.
Building good Relation with clients to present the company to meet company’s objectives.

Job Responsibilities of Call Center Agent:
Proven experience as Call center Agent or other sales/customer service role.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target preferably over the phone.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
