Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering all incoming phone calls and transfer to appropriate staff member.

Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence including couriers, faxes and emails.

To greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.

Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.

To interact with clients, vendors, visitors and attending to their inquiries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Should be polite, intelligent and have good telephone etiquette.

Having at least 1-2 years experience as as a Receptionist in a reputed company.

Ability to work under pressure and organized.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Must good computer and Internet usage knowledge.
