Job Details:

Answering phone calls and transfer to concerned staff if necessary.
Managing general office admin and marketing team support directives.
Handling incoming and outgoing parcels and posts.
Responsible for maintaining and filing of records by different departments.
Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate.
Responsible for office administration and maintenance of office equipment’s, staff''s attendance and discipline records.
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines.
Managing staff schedules and timesheets and other office tasks.
Respond to questions and requests for information.
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items.

Job Requirements:

Candidate should have Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Excellent command in English.
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
