Job Description

Track key metrics of basic website performance: unique visitors, page views, time spent, traffic source mix, and conversion metrics
Designing and using qualitative and quantitative research tools
Provide reporting and data analysis
Develop reporting dashboards, monitor key metrics daily and communicate trends
Analyzing campaign performance and research results using a variety of numerical and IT tools
Provide internal business partners with website behavior insights and traffic analysis
Support the collection and integration of data across various sources and systems
Serve as resident expert for multiple reporting tools including, Adobe Analytics, comScore, Google Analytics, Exact Target, and other 3rd party tools to help inform effectiveness of campaigns
Making presentations
Channel all digital efforts to produce measurable results
Skills

Analytical experience in digital, financial or marketing role
Strong capabilities in social media analytics programs
Web analytics experience using Adobe Analytics, comScore, or other web analytics platform
Solid communication skills – both verbal and written
Experience with segmentation, test design, reporting and analysis design, measurement strategy development and site analysis
Superior Excel skills and proficient in PowerPoint
ability to turn data into insights by discovering patterns, relationships, anomalies and trends through data exploration
