Job description:
Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
Allocate and control the document numbering system for the project work.
Respond in a timely manner to requests to retrieve information, information searches and general requests for support from project/department personnel.
Accurately updates information as required. Describe all possible document flow structure.
Work with precision to ensure that all electronic and hard copy filing is accurate and is easily retrievable.
Track the pending documents through weekly progress reports. Notify the involved party for tacking appropriate action on the pending documents.
Review completeness of documentation and archives the document transmittals.

Job Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience.
Data organization skills.
Attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical ability.
Extremely organized and efficient.
