Description
A bank is looking for a Payroll Specialist for their HR division.
The responsibilities include:
• Processes and maintains employee records on a timely basis including, but not limited to new-hire, benefits performance, health, safety and termination in compliance with applicable Company and legal requirements.
• Administers compensation and benefits programs - Monitors employee eligibility for benefit plans; reviews benefits with employees; prepares employee benefit statements, assures competitive pay and pay practices.
• Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
• Provides human resources guidance and counsel to managers and employees on the effective application of the Company’s HR policies, practices and procedures in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee development, training, compensation and benefits.
• Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
• Analyzes, prepares and inputs payroll data
