• Draft, revise and finalize various contracts
• Should have 2-9 years experience in same field
• Participate on and/or lead cross functional project teams on various topics including data privacy.
• Requesting internal depts. for comments and confirmation of Technical details related to the contracts, agreements or legal documents under review.
• Excellent general computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical skills
• Extremely detail oriented
