Description
POSITION PURPOSE
The Junior Sales Representative will be responsible to sell Moving & Relocations services and solutions through effective Tele Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES/FUNCTIONS TASKS
Introduce Move One and Move One Moving & Relocations services to current and potential customers
Increase Move One client base through cold calling in key Move One markets
Secure face to face meetings with customers and accompany senior sales / product managers to the meetings
Send follow up email introducing Move One and scheduling meeting date / time
Increase number of strong customer targets through effective lead sourcing
Increase number of relevant quote requests from “new" customers
Register sales contacts in Move One Sales Database;.
Meet and exceed expectations and goals set by reporting manager
Collect market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.
Participate in marketing and networking events (inside and outside of core business hours).
Understand competitor strategies, capabilities and pricing to better position Move One advantageously.
Preparing and present daily, weekly sales reports
Promote the services and products of all Move One Products, and coordinate sales efforts with other department sales.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-2 years Tele Sales experience
1-2 years Sales experience in Moving and/or Relocations - Preferred

WORK REQUIREMENTS
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and regular overnight travel.
Own car and valid driving license.

Ability to clearly present/pitch Move One services over the phone and secure interest (in-person meeting, rate request).
An existing extensive network of customers and vendors in Middle East.
Self-motivator / Aggressive / Ambitious• Extrovert• Microsoft Office/Powerpoint.
Project Logistics/ Off-shore Logistics experience an advantage• Excellent English communication skills (face to face and via the phone).
Strong negotiation and relationship skills.
Highly competitive, dirven by revenue generation.
