JOB OBJECTIVE

· Maintain the Accounting Books

· Execute Departmental Activities

· Provide Financial Data for Reports

· Prepare Reports for Financial Reporting

· Ensure Accounting Policy Compliance

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES &*RE*SPONSIB*ILI*TI*E*S

Record accounting entries in Tally for all types of vouches
Verification and analysis of invoices / bills
Accounts Payable data entry, processing payments, etc.
Accounts Receivables
Banking transactions
Bank/debtors/stocks reconciliation
· Verification/analyzing invoices/bills

Examining, analyzing & preparing financial records & statements
Administering payrolls and controlling expenditure and income
Maintaining all documents
Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data
AD-HOC ACTIVITIES

· Assist in Ad-hoc activities

· Preparing reports - as required by Finance Manager/ Directors/ MD

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Excellent skills in MS office and Excel
Good knowledge of Tally Software
Accurate & timely reporting to Reporting Manager and Directors
Implementation of Company’s Policies and Procedures
· Document management

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Minimum Qualifications:

University degree in commerce
· Advanced degree in Accounting or MBA

Minimum Experience:

· 5-10 years’ experience in Accounting field

· Analytical & leadership skills

· Male
