The Opportunity

As HR Assistant, you will be providing administration support to the Human Capital team in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant is looking for their next career move and who is looking to gain experience within a fast-paced multinational company environment, as well as keen to add to the culture of our Dubai office.

Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive administrative support to our Human Capital team to ensure that all relevant administrative work is dealt with appropriately and in a confidential manner.

Maintaining various HR records, hiring approvals and filing systems

Processing insurance and other benefits additional/deletion requests. Reviewing the same at year end reconciliation

Maintaining various internal time off trackers (vacation, sick leaves, exits etc.)

Issuing salary/employment letters and pay slips

Providing HR team assistance during audits

Who are we looking for?

You will have between 1 and years HR experience gained from working within a fast-paced corporate company

Experience of HR in financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services environment is a plus

You will be degree-educated to at least Bachelors level, ideally in a HR and Business Administration-related subject

Strong MS Office skills are essential, especially Word and Outlook

You must be fluent in English
