• Provide training and management to Reception Staff
• Provide daily workflow reporting and actionable items to Team.
• Ensuring customers are kept up to date with their job repair status at appropriate intervals.
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service in line with the Vita Group core values.
• Processing customer payments, including cash handling and EFTPOS transactions.
• Liaising with clients and various other Vita Group departments.
• Managing the repair process for Apple peripherals and iPods.
• Educate and assist team in understanding of the Administrative functions required by the repair process.
• Maintaining job,customer data and notes in line with operating procedures to ensure departmental efficiency.
• Assist in the management of physical inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Attending and participating in sales and product training.
• Achieving and maintaining Apple qualifications
