Description
Our client, a multinational organisation with expertise in currency solutions, is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to work with them to focus on sales of software solutions and cash centre solutions.

Responsibilities:
-Achieve assigned individual sales targets, if applicable, as well as company objectives for the allocated sales area.
-Travel to and remain in key markets for sufficient amount of time to gather market data and build case for strategy to be implemented.
-Liaise and negotiate with high ranking public and private sector staff, as well as distributors.
-Report and forecast activities and monitor and report competitior activities.
-All activities required to achieve purpose and scope as described above.

Requirements:
-At least 5 years of Technical Sales experience in the Africa and/ or Middle East region.
-Experience in developing and presenting solution designs as part of pre-sales activities preferably in a Cash Center environment.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, ability for multitasking.
-Detail-oriented and persistent in execution and follow-up of tasks.
-Capability to listen, comprehend customer''s need and derive adequate technical and commercial solutions.
-Mature approach to business and understanding of core principals of key account management.
-Willing to travel extensively all over the MENA region.
