Job Responsibilities:

Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by mail, telephone.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Understand the principles of marketing and sales including product offer development, features-benefits-solutions selling.
Prompt and correct responses for handling customer complaints with help of customer support department.
Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities.
Proactively manage new business opportunities and oversee the entire sales process from client enquiries to pitches, negotiating terms and closing the opportunity.
Participate in marketing activities to increase brand awareness and gain new clients.

Job Requirements:

Candidate should have Degree or diploma.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload and roadmaps.
Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills.
Should have basic knowledge about account entries like sale inward and outward, petty cash etc.
Should understand accounts and retail sales functions.
