• Promote company’s mission, values, and industry roles
• Consistently search for and maintain prospects for membership development, and look for new opportunities to gain new members
• Determine prospective members'' goals and motivation, be knowledgeable of all company’s events, activities, priorities, and industry related initiatives
• Engage in activities that impact existing member''s positively, and understand their preferences
• Help develop excellence standards in providing members strong experience within the company
• Develop relationships with members on name -to-name basis
• Reach monthly sales targets
• Be proficient in in the use of basic Office tools, and help maintain a paper-less environment
