Role Summary/Purpose:
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for quoting, order entry, order management, and overall customer service to the sales organization, channel partners, and end customers.

Essential Responsibilities:
In addition, you will:
• Work directly with the GE M&C customers, commercial leadership team, product management, and the entire supply chain to provide a high level of quality customer service
• Be responsible for improving customer experience for the flow offerings of M&C

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 additional years of professional work experience)
- SAP literate
- Customer focus
- Dedicated
- High achiever
