Description
Duties and responsibilities include:
 Manage the day-to-day banking transaction and business operations of the office.
 To carry out accounts and admin-related tasks efficiently
 Should have know-how of formalities/ rules & regulations/ official procedure/ paperwork of the working environment in UAE
 Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
 Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
 Perform basic Accounting functions as needed.
 Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings.
 Handle & route incoming calls and emails.
