Al Ghurair Printing and Publishing have a new requirement for a Regional Sales Manager to join the Abu Dhabi team.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for successfully leading and managing a team of Sales Executives who must achieve targets in line with business plans and growth in this highly competitive market.

Typical duties:

•Business planning and successful implementation through forecasts and developing operational plans specific to each team member, period of the year and client base, in order to achieve business growth.
•Coach, counsel, support and motivate Sales Executives in order to help them meet their targets.
•Monitor and review monthly performance of sales team against budget and customer service levels to ensure that the annual target is achieved.
•Conduct regular conducting regular reviews and contract reviews to ensure new customers are developed and existing customers are retained to order achieve growth and stability in business.
•Monitor production and delivery schedules to fill up free capacity ensuring all jobs are delivered on time to achieve customer satisfaction.
•Ensure effective management of credit facilities offered to customers and implement policies and procedures in order to achieve efficient and profitable operation.
