Description
1 –Purpose :To assist superiors to verify all accounting documentation, and feed data into related accounts books through proper procedure and systematic approach to end up with effective accounts reporting.
2 –Accountabilities:
2-1 To verify all the accounting documents as per established procedures.
2-2 To enter information into accounts books and system through systematic approach to generate accounting reports.
2-3 Responsible for filing of related documents in their respective files.
3 –Duties:
3-1 Prepares bank positions in timely manner and forward report to Accountant
3-2Prepares various petty cash transactions.
3-3Enters receipts received from clients or others against raised sales invoices.
3-4 Prepares suppliers invoices.
3-5Enters suppliers payments against the relevant invoices.
3-6Prepares debit/credit notes related to suppliers invoices.
3-7 Prepares post payable cheques and suppliers reconciliation and submit to Accountant .
3-8 Prepares all receipts and payments.
3-9Prepares all post dated receivables and payable cheques.
3-10Prepares all banks and finance charges entries.
3-11Prepares all “Letter of Credit”, “Letter of Guarantee” and all cash and bank transactions.
3-12Keeps and maintains all the filing for the above done transactions, like General Ledger Voucher file, suppliers and subcontractors accounted invoices, clients accounted invoices, receipts and payments and all other related documents which need to be kept for historical information and support for all the accounting.
Qualification: Bachelor Of Commerce.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in Construction Industry.
Technical Skills: Expert in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of ERP system
Soft Skills: Good communication and negotiation with other parties. Fluent in English.
