About the Position:
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sales Support Administrator for our Al Futtaim Vehicle Rental, Doha, Qatar.

As a Sales Support Administrator your primary responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to:
• Ensuring that all documents are scanned and stored electronically
• Ensuring that all documents are filed and stored in alphabetical order
• Ensuring that the electronic storage files are kept in desired format• Complete sales support daily, weekly & monthly tasks

About You:
To be successful in winning this role, you should be able to provide demonstrable experience of the following:
• Over 2 years’ experience in an administration role
• Experience working in the Automotive industry is desirable
• Strong English communication skills; reading, writing and speaking
• Excellent customer interaction skills
• Good understanding of using Microsoft Windows
• Ability to plan and organize effectively• Good understanding of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
