Key Responsibilities
* The job holder is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following :-
* Lead and direct the business through each planning cycle and assist the General Manager in developing meaningful analysis to explain business performance
* Complete financial evaluation on all Promotions; Pre & Post launch, breakeven analysis and identify key learnings
* Review all key measures - Average Transaction Value, Food Capture, discounts, samplings, margin, labour and propose ways to improve
* Use of analytical tools such to develop reports and \\''dashboards\\'' to highlight key trends and impact on future performance
* Provide Business insight - review what\\''s working/what\\''s not and develop improvement plan
* Prepare value chain analysis on new Concepts/Occasions/Channels to understand the profit pool and competitive set Control Framework
* Approve all expenditure as per the authority matrix before committed.
* Track and monitor key overheads; Advertising and Promotions, employment, accommodation and Royalties
* Review, sign off and control all CAPEX spend for the stream, tracking cost and depreciation
