Description
The Key Roles And Responsibilities Of This Role Are

Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and general public
Answer a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate according to agreed standards, ensuring information is logged
To provide a fast and efficient service to all customers within the Company and outside of the Company
Provide assistance to Senior Managers as directed
Ensure the completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures
File data and perform routine clerical tasks as assigned by other departments
Order and maintain relevant office supplies for effectiveness of personal duties
Operate a variety of standard office machines including a computer and computer software
Ensure all customers both inside and outside of the Company encounter a positive experience
Co-ordinate all aspects of meeting room bookings accurately
Participate and involve yourself in the Business
