Description
Are you a creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with the current and future customers? Do you boast fantastic communication skills? Worked with influencers before? Can you demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan?

This role will entail a variety of content management duties such as managing social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities such as developing relevant content topics to reach the target customers. Monitoring, listening and responding in a "Social'' way while cultivating leads and sales will be key. You will also get to oversee design for the social media platforms; profile pictures, timeline images, promotions and Social ad campaigns with the Marketing Team. It will be essential to analyze, monitor and adapt campaigns to review the effectiveness of the social media campaigns.

Main responsibilities

Create and executing Fitnessguru’s social media strategy and monthly plans, including methods for acquisition, engagement, content building, influencer, and other outreach initiatives
Researching audience preferences and discovering current trends
Storytelling and further developing Fitnessguru’s brand through our social media platforms via engaging text, image and/or video relevant content that is on-brand, thoughtful and educational
Building and managing Fitnessguru’s social media profiles, presence, and online communities
Creating and driving an active, participating community of social media followers
Brainstorming, planning, managing and if applicable, executing content-related photography shoots to create compelling imagery, gifs and videos for our social media profiles and blog
Researching, sourcing and managing staging material and talent for photoshoots
Identifying goals and KPIs, tracking social media analytics, reporting results and providing recommendations on how to improve

Requirements

Your CV demonstrates experience from a similar role. You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment where excellent stakeholder management is a key requirement. Furthermore, we have additional requirements:

Have 2-3 years of marketing, social media, and content creation experience
Be detail oriented, organized, ambitious and a team player
Have experience in social media advertising and how its use can drive greater success, engagement and conversions on social media
Understand how social media impacts search traffic and have knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Excel in communicating and creative thinking, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions
Ability to write, edit and proofread persuasive and technical copy
Good organizational and time-management skills
Skilled in developing, cultivating and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders internally and externally
Have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or communications
