Tasks:

-Product ownership for leading and growing Holiday me as OTA.

- Arabic user experience and Arabic content.

- Spear-heading product planning and development in sync with head of businesses so as to delivering on business objectives.

- Partnering with the mobile business owners to spearhead “Mobile Strategy” for Holiday me (across IOS, Android).

- Know all the news OTAs which exist in the GCC market and the new updates and features in this industry.

- Liaison with various organizational stakeholders in the industry-first launch of ‘market place model’ for holidays.

- Draw up a product vision charter and facilitate the ‘vision to customer experience flow’ : Vision – define product priorities – engineering tasks – customer experience delivery.

- Product champion for facilitating user acceptance testing before all product releases.

- Research consumer behavior through Google analytics and competition analysis.

- - Follow up integrations with suppliers, analysis and optimization of sales, mapping, etc.

- Mapping business objectives to customer needs & development of products fit to serve customer requirements.

- Liaison with marketing teams for Market research & pre-testing before product launch & checking on product propositioning.

- Revenue management: Product pricing play to balance volumes & profitability, periodic monitoring sales trends & product off-takes.

- Support service stakeholder management: Managing all support stakeholders like content team for product content, brand team for communication launch and channel teams for demand-supply mapping.

- Booking statistics, market analysis, web trends to drive volume and conversion.

- Collaborate with various teams such as Technology, Design and Marketing for core product development
