Job Duties and Responsibilities :
• Work with marketing team to concept and implement direct campaigns.
• General editing and production on tight timeliness
• Quality control on final jobs to send to printers
• Preparing visual presentation by designing arts and copy layouts
• Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required

Job Requirements and Qualifications :
• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Effectively communicating conceptual ideas and design rationales
• College degree in graphic design or related field.
• 3 years professional graphic design experience in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise working in Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work well under pressure and proven ability to meet deadlines.
