The incumbent will also be responsible for collections from identified fraud accounts in liaison with various internal and external units.
• Optimize back end operational processes to ensure adequate support to colllections teams.
• Manage fraud collections and set up a special focus fraud collections team..
• Drawing out strategies for specefic accounts that need personal intervention for resolutions.
• Actively evaluate and transfer best practices from other organisations in the industry.
• Ensure high level of performance across product targets and portfolio achievements.
• Undertake transformation projects and intiatives that bring in higher levels of efficiency and productivity for the unit
• Maximise collections thrrough usage of multiple channels like outbound calling, inbound calling, sms, skip tracing, emails, field visits etc.
• Responsible for ensuring that controls are in place and collection processes are diligently followed and in line with Bank expectations.
• Strategize standardization of process leading to reduction in legal TAT and costs.
