SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Shoot, edit, deliver and archive high-quality HD content for internal business-related communications and special events as well as for external PR, marketing, and other marketing initiatives
Produce high quality, high definition and impactful videos, short films and commercials that meet and/or exceed our Corporate Objectives
Operate Etihad News recording studio, coordinating the teleprompter system.
Fill out camera report sheets to ensure proper records of use
Adjust lens and secure different lens sizes depending on the shots. Select and install screens and filters in camera to produce desired effects
Ensure proper lighting is achieved. Remove red eye, resize and crop pictures as needed
Transport, assemble, maintain and repair the equipment used

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

A minimum 2 year apprenticeship or diploma in the arts discipline
Minimum of 3 years videography experience in the following:
Audio: House Sound, Wireless, Microphones Power, Speakers Audio, Recording Press Box, Audio Mixers, Push to Talk Systems Signal Flow
Video: Value Lines LCD, Digital Video Playback/Record Systems, Switching Systems Signal Flow
Lighting: Up Lighting, GELS/GOBOS, Lighting Kits, Dimming and Controlling, Electrical Signal Flow
IT Requirements Display Interface USB, Basic MS Office software, IP Address set up, DHCP/Static Addressing, Switches/Hubs
Knowledge of HQ camera, video and stills, lighting techniques is essential and familiarity with editing equipment and software is preferred
Understand and comply with company processes and procedures, maintaining records of scheduled set ups and dismantles, track inventory of equipment, order supplies, vendors and external suppliers
