Customer Service / Marketing Executive

Job Location : Dubai

Job Specification :

• The candidate is required to have a good command on business correspondence individually to provide prompt and efficient response to the client queries on phone & via email.

He/She will be mainly involved in the following activities :

• Responding phone calls of the customers and providing them requested information.
• Promptly & accurately replying to the email enquiries using Microsoft Outlook.
• Respond enquiries on B2B portals & Social Media channels.
• Attending the clients meeting in office and provide them business support.
• Managing Clients Database by using SuiteCRM and controlling their documentation.
• Providing administrative support to the management team.

Requirements :

• Minimum graduate
• Must have 3+ years experience in related field
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
