Job Details:

Ensure the execution of any global/regional brands initiatives locally.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement the marketing plans for the brands across the UAE markets; define priorities by brand by market; launch the plan and launch the calendar.
Coordinate with local suppliers, commercial team and the Middle East regional retail team for successful implementations as per the guidelines.
Adapt international collaterals proposal to regional requirements, prepare the simulations of the different packages & have them approved by Puig in Middle East regional retail team.
Provide feedback on every new launch (New Launch Feedback Report)
Follow up on production, deliveries and implementation of all point of sales materials and sampling tools for new launches by conducting market visits.
Responsible for the new launch form tracking list.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or similar field.
Three years marketing experience within a consumer driven environment, ideally gained in a Fragrance and/or cosmetic company.
Effective communication skills.
Collaborative nature, ability to work with cross functional teams.
