Job Description
Ensuring internal and external food and drink marketing is effective and integrated throughout the cinema and its communications in coordination with head office food and beverage managers.
Building up effective marketing relationships in the community to promote the cinema brand in general and club & group screenings in particular.
Gaining unpaid-for positive press and publicity articles in local media about the cinema and its activities; maintaining and using a full and up-to-date press contact list.
Helping to generate inquiries for private and corporate hires of all (or any) of the cinema’s spaces and increasing their profitability.
Performing SEO assesment on company websites and social media to maximize reach
Manage relationships with key bloggers, film reviewers and come up with new relationships
Be ahead of all emerging social and mobile trends
Skills
Passionate about movies, actors and film directors with up to date knowledge of latest customer facing cinema developments
Proven experience as a marketing assistant and experience with Social media strategy
Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Good eye for current graphic design trends
