Medica is in the process of recruiting a IT Officer - SAP Business One ( ERP ) to be based in our Head Office in UAE.
• Providing support to SAP users and ensuring the smooth process
• Providing support to Focus users and ensuring the smooth process
• Providing support to NCR & ACE users and ensuring the smooth process
• Finishing given tasks on all SAP modules
• Posting PDCs on Focus (accuracy / time)
• Configure PCs for new users (Format, Installation)
• Handling day to day hardware/ software related users complains
• Preparing various business reports accuratly within the specified time
• Following the Standard supporting procedure
• Maintaining the current projects (Network infra, Servers, Avaya, Alarm, Access Control,..)
• Participating in the new IT projects
• R&D, Self learning & Optimize use of SAP
• Provide SAP training and transfer experience to colleagues vs just solving the problem
