Secure the operational delivery of non-air content availability and quality to the company’s two lines of business namely, its Hotels and its Holidays divisions, be offline or in an electronic way;

Own the commercial relationship with suppliers, in full;

Develop, deploy and enforce supplier SLA to drive on-the-ground customers satisfaction up

Financially optimize each supplier to drive more profitability.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

STRATEGY AND PLANNING
Preparation of yearly supplier development strategies and execution plans, including financial targets;

Analyze the market and consumer needs to identify opportunities for product enhancements

Study demand trends in markets, identify potential customers, review competitors'' initiatives and develop pricing strategies.
