Develop a thorough understanding of the UAE Real Estate market
Set daily, weekly and monthly business goals for listings and selling properties, align with Office Manager and Operations Manager to achieve them.
Develop quality sales material to effectively sell properties to prospective clients.
Ensure clients are fully satisfied with the service they receive from Key One, and leave with a long lasting positive impression.
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports of listings and selling progress and Listing Properties with Key One.
Follow Company policies and procedures for office operation, Selling and listing, contracts and reporting, etc.
Develop professional relationships and contracts with all your customers.
Identify all real estate opportunities and recommends each to the Office Manager.
Attend all required training and self-improvement seminars.
Provide all your customer information to the Office Manager so it will be entered in the records.
