We are looking for Real Estate Manager for our Real estate department based in UAE.
Requirements :
The candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in managing real estate portfolio consist of residential and commercial properties.
The job profile include negotiation, preparation and finalization of tenancy contracts.
 Pre and post tenancy inspections.
 Maintenance of properties.
 Co-ordination with various authorities such as Dubai Municipality and Dewa for various issues.
 Proper Maintenance of all records
Nationality: Any Arabic National, Any European National, Indian, Filipino
