Your Responsibilities
K+S Middle-East is looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate the administration duties and office procedures. The role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, assist and implement marketing, branding and promotion strategy for MENA, and assist in all HR activities.

Provide support to the Managing Director and office including organization of meetings & appointments, support in travel and expenses, external communication etc.
Manage contracts and price negotiations with office vendors & service providers
Manage the office budget and ensure timely reporting of all expenses
Supervision and arrangement of product samples storage, and shipment to customer
Coordinate with IT department in Germany and locally on all IT related concerns in the office
Responsible for basic office First Aid and Firefighting manners
Support the CFO with banking issues and monthly financials
Coordination with local authorities (Etisalat, Embassies etc.), travel agencies and insurance brokers
Coordinate all HR activities regarding recruitment with authorities and Germany (recruitment process, visa, training programs)
Interface for KSME and Germany for regional promotion material including merchandise, marketing collaterals and Organization of regional advertising and exhibitions
Your Profile

Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
High School degree and additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Outlook, word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual English required and Arabic will be an advantage
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
