1. Engineering background with extensive Audio Visual (AV) technology experience.
2. Min 5 years of proven track record in Sales, management and achieving targets within UAE.
3. Excellent AV market business relationships (clients, vendors, contractors and consultants).
4. Talented in coaching / mentoring and leading.
5. Business acumen; critical business thinking.
6. Familiarity with planning and budgeting.
7. Good in analysis and reporting.
8. Outstanding sales and negotiation skills.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
10. ELV & ICT literate.
1. Build and manage sales & pre-sales team.
2. Coach, motivate and lead the team to improve performance and achieve targets..
3. Qualify, plan and effectively allocate resources.
4. Develop strategies and set targets.
5. Performance management; conduct reviews, address performance issues and develop actions.
6. Proactively resolve issues when arise and communicate to higher management.
7. Define & deligate tasks, set objectives, and maintain control; keep the team aligned and focused.
8. Compile, analyse and report sales & pipelines to higher management.
9. Keep upadted with market trends, project updates and competitors.
