Job Description
Perform all Front Office related functions efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times to maintain a high standard of service.
• Greet all guests at all the times in a professional manner.
• Handle all internal / external customer calls.
• Arrange and coordinate air tickets and accommodation for business related travel.
• Manage the incoming & outgoing mails and post requests.
• Manage the calendar, schedule and arrange meetings for the Chairman and Vice Chairperson.
• Schedule office driver for the necessary pick up and drop off on daily basis.
• Be able to enforce all fire and life-safety procedures.
• Manage and update the global employee directory.• Co-ordinate and assist the team in planning, organizing, and handling logistics during corporate events.
• Monitor the time and attendance system and prepare monthly reports.
Skills
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Proficient in MS Office
