Job Description
The candidate must be responsible for the preparation of accounts, invoices, book keeping and all other finance related jobs.
• Assisting with preparation of accounts
• Receiving and settling of invoices
• Dealing with book keeping
• Auditing of external and internal work
• Looking after all financial transactions and controlling budgets
• Monitoring staff and company expenses
• Accounting for resources
• Liaising with other professionals in the field• Writing reports
Skills
• Bachelor or Master, preferably completed Chartered Accountant Articleship with 3 years experience
• Strong written and spoken English, communication and Microsoft Office skills• Ability in preparation of accounts, invoices, book keeping and all other finance related jobs
