Job Description:
· Selling Monster''s enterprise solutions to leading companies
· Selling Monster''s enterprise solutions to Fortune & ET 500 Companies.
· Identify & analyze the clients requirements, thoroughly mapping the accounts
· Propose apt solutions based on client requirement for talent acquisition.
· Interaction with senior management in the client organizations & present Monster''s products & services.
· Develop and derive higher values from clients.
· Manage complex sales situations & manage existing clients based on "value based selling".
· Manage collections and accounts receivables
· Arabic Speaking is preferred
· Excellent oral and written skills
· Driving License
