Description
Greet visitors both in person and or on the phone.
Prepare meetings and set up conference rooms.
Arrange travel plans both domestic and international.
Assist with Conference Room Meetings that require Beverages/Food/Snacks.
Greet incoming visitors and notify correct employees of people visiting.
Assist with day to day operations of multiple departments and projects, as assigned.
Job Requirements
