•The Merchandise Supervisor is responsible for supporting whole merchandising functions by executing Planogram and Company objectives, delivering results in sales.
•Reporting direct to Merchandising Manager regarding the Planogram execution & merchandising operations.

•Implementing company merchandising standards.
•Executing merchandising efforts throughout the store resulting in clean store presentation and increased sales
•Providing leadership by fostering a sense of teamwork
Coaching & mentoring, to ensure that staff understand all policies, standards planogram, promotions.
Supporting management initiatives and corporate directives through positive sales floor interactions
Assist with providing orientation and ongoing training to staff .
