Maintain good contacts with customers, ensuring resolving their problems and inquiries. Carrying on the current customers. Following-up the payments with Finance Department. Getting the updated SOA from the finance. Communicate with the customers the updated SOA periodically. Arranging with Production Planning the priorities.
Bringing up periodical reports including value & quantity.
Working parallel with his/her Managers on following-up on getting payment.
Arranging any needed samples for the current or new markets.
Assisting in opening new markets.
Gathering new customers.
Participate in the yearly sales plan – if needed.
Develop new products– if needed.
Always be on contact with the customers to market company products.
Issue of Proforma invoices accurately and timely – if needed.
Issuing P.O’s for the Trading items (Non-Tuna) which is handled by the Business Development Department.
Ensure an efficient tracking system of sales order/delivery report.
Prepare and review the Weekly Orders/Delivery Report and updating the Delivery Orders Payment.
Coordinate with accounts regarding customer’s outstanding payment.
Monitor with Warehouse department for the labeling schedule and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
Follow up with Logistics department for all the necessary documents required for the shipments.
Provide and assist the Sales Development Department in the review and implementation of the Sales Plans in order to increase our sales.
Assist in preparing proposals, agreements involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.
