Job Details:
Organize competence development courses in collaboration with the National Board of Health and Welfare’s other departments, the municipalities and the educational institutions
create better coherence between supply and demand in the field of upskilling
help to develop the project in a way so that the results are realistic and benefit as many people as possible within the financial and time-limited framework
organize and carry out workshops to meet needs in the municipalities
prepare written material for eg status notes, course descriptions and information about the project
develop our new course portal and procedures for it
give presentations and present the project’s goals and content to different target groups
Profile Requirements:
Have a relevant higher education
Has at least 2 years of experience with project work and preferably from a politically controlled organization
is outreach, initiating and knows how to listen and talk to people from very different target groups
